Project Engineer (M&E)

• To prepare technical specifications

• Compiles plans and specifications to organize for project documents.

• Attends Job set-up meeting

• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

• Meets cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses; tracking and reporting expenses.

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects

• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field

• Overall planning, implementation, execution and completion of sections of project to ensure successful completion of the project;

• Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.

• To lead independently the project implementation team at site to ensure projects are successfully completed within the stipulated time, cost and quality.

• Ensure all the projects go on smoothly, including planning, controlling, and execution and communicating with other departments.

• Assist with cost control and estimating activities;

• Project Coordination and Supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning.

• On site supervision to carry out work.

• Attend site meetings and assist to resolve technical/operation issues.

• Coordinate with multi sub-contractors in preparing master plans, design briefs and obtaining all necessary permits.

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor a project, from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion. Planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
