Project Engineer (HVAC/ BAS industry)

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute testing, commissioning, and software programming for BMS projects based on specifications and contract documents.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine requirements.
• Prepare submittals including schematics, descriptions, and technical literature; maintain design documents throughout projects.
• Perform testing and commissioning of BMS systems.
• Manage IO point schedules, assignments, and material selection, applying value engineering principles.
• Ensure awareness of and adherence to EHS protocols; participate in inspections, risk assessments, and recommend mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC/BAS industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience.
• Good knowledge of ACMV and HVAC system control logic.
