Responsible for accompanying the RTO/RE during inspection and ensuring compliance against specification and CONQUAS requirements.
Oversees concrete cube-taking process for the compressive strength tests, and ensures proper compaction and concrete curing conditions for compliance with the specified compressive strength.
Monitor concrete cube test results and maintain such laboratory test reports in files.
Responsible for processing and upkeep of timely inspection records.
Responsible for reporting on accomplished schedules to PM.
Responsible for QEHS corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate and monitor all C&S trade.
Coordinate with other disciplines (M&E and Architecture) for all technical issues found in construction drawings.
Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies.
Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval.
Coordinate with BIM team for all C&S matters.
PE submission and tracking.
Precast monitoring and updating.
All structural technical matters.
Monthly progress report.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably recognized by PE Board.
At least 3 years of local relevant experience in civil/building works.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD, with basic knowledge of BIM software like Revit.
Independent, self-motivated with excellent team spirit.
Candidate with HDB experience would be an advantage.
