Project Type: New HDB or new Condominium projects

Job Scope:

1. Assist Project Manager in project planning/scheduling using Microsoft Project or specified project management software.
2. Manage the project’s drawing office and prepare workshop drawing schedules.
3. Coordinate with architectural, M&E coordinators, and sub-contractors in workshop drawings preparation.
4. Liaise with sub-contractors/suppliers on structural materials proposals.
5. Organize and manage consultant approvals on workshop drawings and proposed materials.
6. Control technical documents distribution to ensure the latest approved copies are used on-site.
7. Organize and carry out self-inspections on all critical stages of construction works (e.g., piling, precast component installation, concreting) to ensure quality standards.
8. Monitor and control sub-contractor/suppliers performance to ensure adherence to time and quality standards.
9. Assist Project Manager in preparing progress reports and presentations.
10. Ensure all work processes comply with the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
11. Ensure compliance with all WSHE aspects and measures at the site.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
