As a Project Engineer (Civil), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Technical Manager to review and update the Project Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) before project commencement, ensuring proper implementation and timely submission of all required documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, with a focus on the ITP, by performing key hold point checks, audits, and post-completion defect reviews, while addressing and reporting any non-compliance issues.
• Conduct and document floor flatness surveys (e.g., TR34 DM/FM, ACI), QA tests (e.g., abrasion resistance, concrete properties), and project compliance surveys, including pre-project handovers, in-process checks, and site layouts.
• Provide daily and monthly site reports for the Project Manager and commercial team, including monitoring delays, verifying material quantities, preparing progress claims, and maintaining records such as HSE reports and worker hours.
• Support the Project Manager in delivering projects by coordinating material deliveries, plant requirements, and subcontractors, as well as directing on-site staff and liaising with clients.
• Assist with sales activities, including pre- and post-tender processes, as needed.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or closely related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 year’s experience within the construction industry
• Technical knowledge, preferably in RC concrete related trades
• MS Office & Project (or alternative PM software), CAD (AutoCAD)
