Project Engineer (Civil)

GEOLUTIONS is an independent geotechnical instrumentation specialist, executing specialized geotechnical contractor services for projects under the LTA, HDB, and private sectors. Our primary areas of expertise include foundation testing, instrumentation and monitoring, site investigation and ground improvement works.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR an experienced Project Engineer to manage the submission of MSRA, CAD drawings , NCE Applications , POWS applications , utility clearance and related submissions to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare CAD drawings and MSRA , NCE Application , POWS Application
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of utility diversion and installation works.
• Responsible for timely submission of method statements and related Application to client
• To coordinate & liaise with contractor, QP, or authorities for projects specifications & other technical requirements
• Attend meetings inclusive of technical meetings , Coordination Meetings and presentation with our clients
• Review comments from relevant authorities and respond to them
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Liaise with utility agencies (e.g., PUB, SPPG, telco)
• Support site team by providing guidance and assistance to resolve utility and service-related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicants should hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Candidates must be able to handle stress and maintain efficiency in a dynamic work setting.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently while also being proactive in seeking advice from more experienced colleagues when necessary.
• Applicants should have at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates must be skilled in using AutoCAD software.
• A strong understanding of NCE application and related utility clearance process
