The Opportunity:

• Global MNC, Water Filtration & systems
• Location: Tuas, Singapore
• Salary: Up to $6,000
• Working hours: 8.30 AM - 5.05 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage product development and launch projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements through collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Establish and monitor project timelines, cost estimates, and budget plans for smooth execution and management approval.
• Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure seamless production transitions, including product line setup and capacity assessments.
• Oversee prototype development, design validation, and coordinate testing with QA teams and external labs.
• Support supplier development, material planning, and continuous product improvement efforts to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years in product development and project management, successfully leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SolidWorks, with strong engineering principles knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; data-driven and resourceful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective under tight deadlines.
• Prior chemical industry experience
• Quick learner of new technologies and processes; knowledge of water filtration systems.
