Project Engineer (Audio-Visual) / East

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team and relevant parties in supporting daily audio-visual operations and technical requests from stakeholders.
• Station at client site for day-to-day support as backfill for daily audio-visual operation and event support.
• Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual systems.
• Compile and analyze weekly reports, incident reports, and service report submissions.
• Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in the office and client site.
• May require travel to other project sites as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in operations or project support, video conferencing, and/or onsite audio-visual support.
• Able to set up and troubleshoot AV systems’ issues and problems.
• Able to interact well with all levels including clients and colleagues.
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written).

Remarks:
Working hours: 5 days work week (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
Working location: Tannery Lane
