Project Engineer (A&A Construction/Junior Role) - Up to 5,500 + Bonus

• Position : Project Engineer (A&A Construction/Junior Role) - Up to 5,500 + Bonus
• Office Location : East - Aljunied
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8am to 6pm | Saturday 8am to 12pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Travel Reimbursable
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Construction Sector - A&A / Building Works

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Degree in Architectural/ Building / Construction Management or related; with at least 1 year of experience with restoration projects.
• Great team player with pro-active attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
