Project Engineer

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within precision engineering or a similar industry.
• Familiar with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and engineering design tools.
• Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong understanding of precision engineering processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of material science, machining processes, and quality control methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage time efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Plan, execute and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, budget constraints and deadlines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality control) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any potential delays or issues to senior management.
• Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and project performance.

2. Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer’s satisfaction with project outcomes.
