PROJECT ENGINEER

Project Execution and Supervision

1. Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
2. Monitor site progress and report delays or issues encountered, ensuring work is performed according to design specifications and quality standards.

Quality and Safety Compliance

1. Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
2. Assist with material testing and inspection to meet specifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Material and Resource Management

1. Assist with tracking material deliverables and usage.
2. Support procurement activities and work with site supervisors to coordinate equipment and workforce deployment.

Stakeholders Communication and Reporting

1. Attend site meetings and communicate updates to management.
2. Prepare various progress reports and assist with documenting project issues, variations, and requests for information.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Work with professionals for the building and maintenance of F1 Race Track.
2. Take road levels, work out estimates for proposed work, and put up traffic control plans.
3. Carry out site measurements and prepare job measurements for ordering required premix.
4. Plan and supervise assigned projects, which may include night work as scheduled by LTA.
5. Manage the race track construction team and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
6. Undertake risk assessments, deal with clients, transport specialists, and members of the public.
7. Submit weekly progress reports and attend monthly progress meetings.
8. Ensure machinery and equipment are kept in good working condition at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must have a manual Class 3 driving license.
