Project Engineer

The Company ELSA Advanced Systems produces leak detection systems to detect and protect critical environments such as data centers. The engineers are specially trained to design a solution to conquer any problems encountered to suit specific needs.

Educational Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering). Additional certifications in AutoCAD or related software are a plus.

Leadership and Management

1. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead stakeholders effectively.
2. Ability to take ownership of projects, coordinate teams, and ensure project goals are met.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers & team members.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Site Project Experience

1. Willingness to work on-site and supervise the implementation of the project.
2. Ability to handle site-based challenges, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
3. Experience with managing construction or installation activities at the site.

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and modifications.
2. Basic understanding of electronics and/or mechanical systems.
3. Ability to perform simple programming tasks (e.g., for control systems, automation).

Experience

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Ability to communicate in Chinese with installers and contractors.
3. Experience in a site-based engineering role is a plus, especially for projects in construction & manufacturing.
