Job Overview
:
Report directly to the Project Manager, managing ACMV works within the built environment.
Ensure project management aligns with engineering and contractual requirements.
Collaborate with the design department to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Oversee contracts, costs, schedules, coordination, and overall project completion.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
Implement and oversee Project Quality Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Building Execution Plan.
Develop, maintain, and manage the BIM model and project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports).
Liaise with clients to meet their requirements and ensure project scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Address and resolve technical or contractual issues during the project lifecycle.
Oversee the construction process to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and ensure contractor performance.
Manage project handover to the client, ensuring compliance with all relevant Singapore regulations and standards.
Promote and manage safety activities and compliance inspections.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals and work with authorities to minimize public disruption during construction.
Ensure sustainability and environmental friendliness of the project.
Preferred Experience
:
Experience in healthcare facilities (hospitals, labs, operating theatres).
Experience in commercial or industrial buildings (warehouses, factories).
Experience with government projects and data centers.
Requirements
:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field, with ACMV project experience preferred.
Graduates with a degree in Sustainable Infrastructure are encouraged to apply.
Bizsafe Level 2 safety certification or higher preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong independence and leadership skills in a team environment.
Knowledge of BIM and a valid driver's license are advantageous.
