Responsibilities

• Full oversight for the project with the ability to lead multi-functional project team from project inception till project completion.
• Ensure continuous rapport between client and all stakeholders to vendors and contractors.
• Ability to solve cross-functional issues without impacting on timeline and cost.
• Defining project objectives, goals and deadlines.
• Planning and organizing work, delegating tasks, managing resources and monitoring project progress.
• Understanding the needs and objectives of the project, taking an overall view and maintaining the coherence of the project.
• Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
• Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, MEP, Construction, Engineering.
• Advanced manufacturing (brownfield and greenfield) relevant experience is a plus.
• Client project manager, construction manager position prior experience in advanced tech, high tech, clean room or working in a live environment.
• Must be able to lead the project and drive outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in major advanced tech greenfield construction is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with advanced tech technical background and processes.
• Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices, authority regulation submission processes, trade partners, supply chain.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and ability to anticipate potential issues and timely resolution.
• Korean speaking would be advantageous.
