Job Description

• Position Title: Project Director (Event Management)
• Working Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 10AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Incentive Scheme
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative plans that help us hit our goals and keep everything aligned.
• Oversee daily operations in the events department to ensure smooth sailing for all our events.
• Review and enhance our processes quarterly to boost efficiency, cut costs, and elevate event quality.
• Leverage the latest tech and innovation solutions to streamline operations and minimize risks.
• Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they're on time, within budget, and meet our high standards.
• Approve and monitor event-related spending and maintain accurate financial records.
• Guide and support the project team, providing direction and developing training programs every six months to enhance their skills.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of team performance and provide constructive feedback to keep everyone on track.
• Advise project managers to ensure client needs and expectations are met for every event.
• Keep senior management informed about operational performance, including event results, budget status, and any challenges every quarter.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in event management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing budgets.
