Project Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the digital finance and next-generation technology space. This role is critical to driving our company’s product delivery roadmap, ensuring the timely and high-quality launch of digital financial solutions that serve a global user base. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in project leadership within regulated industries and a strong understanding of digital platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for digital financial platform development, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, compliance, design, business) to execute key initiatives with clear ownership and accountability.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring that goals are met on time and within scope.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and operational standards across multiple regions.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues and maintaining momentum.
• Establish and continuously refine best practices in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing clear visibility into project status, performance metrics, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally within financial services, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Strong track record of launching customer-facing financial or transactional products.
• Deep understanding of agile, hybrid, or cross-functional project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, and risk teams in highly regulated environments.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and diverse teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous involvement in building next-generation digital or decentralized platforms.
• Experience managing product teams across different geographies and cultures.
• Familiarity with digital asset operations, financial transaction flows, or embedded finance solutions.
