Job Description

1. Coordinate and manage timber/flooring projects to ensure they meet specifications, timelines, and budget.
2. Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient use of materials and labour.
3. Lead and supervise a team of construction workers.
4. Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
5. Provide training to the team.
6. Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
