Project Coordinator (Singaporeans only!/Class 3 License/Construction/Projects)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.
• Ensure contractor complies with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
