Project Coordinator / Project Engineer

About the role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to join our team in the Woodlands . This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage various aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team as needed
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and progress updates

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or qualification in Project Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordinator or project engineer role, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
