Project Coordinator & Manager (Interior Design/Renovation)

Job Summary:

The Interior Project Executive/Manager is responsible for overseeing the renovation by providing on-site management, strategic planning, monitoring, and adapting as needed. He/She needs to interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a systematic and meticulous Interior Project team member to join us.

1. Prepare ballpark estimates, quotations, project timeline charts, and proper document submissions.
2. Provide technical advice and pre-empt potential challenges to the team and client.
3. Manage manpower and resources to execute site works within the timeline.
4. Responsible for initiating corrective actions and providing solutions to solve the site’s technical issues.
5. Carry out defects servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
6. Update project progress to the Project Director regularly.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
2. Candidates with 1 year of experience are preferred; however, entry-level candidates are also welcome.
3. Basic knowledge of project coordination and management is preferred.
4. Basic software skills like AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
5. Good communicator with an eye for detail; systematic and good time management skills are a huge bonus.
6. Teamwork, motivation, and self-empowerment are important.
7. Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
