Job Summary:

• Mon - Fri (8 AM - 5 PM)
• Location: Pioneer

Job Responsibilities:

• Managed M&E coordination to ensure successful project completion and seamless handover, collaborating with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical M&E and CSD issues.
• Addressed prefab DfMA coordination, fabrication, and site-related implications while working closely with architectural and structural teams to manage design schedules, manufacturing, and installations.
• Reviewed and verified DfMA prefab drawings, identifying discrepancies and working with design and production teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Prepared and submitted DfMA drawings for approval by stakeholders, coordinating with M&E subcontractors on service installation, off-site factory tasks, and on-site prefab module installations.
• Utilized proficiency in Revit and CAD software for drafting and design to support M&E project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Min in Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Specialist in M&E coordinator, or at least 2 years experience in related field.
• Skilled in understanding DFMA modular prefab MEP requirements, including material selection, fabrication, assembly, and inspection.
• Skilled in M&E coordination, regulatory compliance, and architectural integration.
