Project Coordinator (Interior Design/Furniture Industry)-Up to $3500

• Position: Project Coordinator (Construction / Interior Design/ Furniture Industry) - ALL WELCOME
• Location: Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby)
• Working hours: 5.5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Sat from 9am to 1pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Interior Fit-out Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily process and progress at Project Sites
• Experience in Architectural Trade
• Supervise and manage a group of carpenters/workers & sub-contractors to achieve production targets to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise General Workers on installation and construction issues
• Plan, monitor, and arrange assignments for General Workers and Carpenters
• Perform quality checks and ensure furniture/cabinets are fabricated according to construction drawings.
• Attend site meetings.
• Conduct project site inspections on a regular basis.
• Assist Project Manager/Project Director
• Other ad-hoc assignments by Superior

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience with an Interior background.
• Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
• Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledge preferred.
• Experience in construction / Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.
