Job Scope Overview
Coordinate and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.
Provide event administrative and operational support.
Receive general instructions on new projects.
Sourcing for event supplies.
Able to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
Work with creative or project supervision, exercising judgment within defined procedures and objectives.
Work with internal departments and personnel, coordinating associated deliverables and functions.
Act as liaison to outside vendors and professional consultants.
Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays, and reporting to the Event Manager.
Present a professional, quality image of Spire works.
Require Class 3 Driving License.
Qualifications
Diploma and above or equivalent experience.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Project management skills with experience handling multiple deadlines and schedules autonomously.
Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment.
