Project Coordinator cum BIM Modeller

Job description

1. Manage and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
2. Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team.
3. Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
4. Prepare and submit material and sample submissions.
5. Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders.
6. Provide updates on project progress.
7. Offer technical solutions for any related issues.
8. Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience.
2. Diploma holder in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with 7 years of relevant working experience.
3. Proficient in BIM modelling.
4. Good communication and written skills.
