Project Coordinator (BIM | Revit | 3D to 5D | Construction | 5 day | WFH Friday)

• Working days: Monday to Friday (Friday WFH)
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• Training Provided for those with lesser experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop BIM Model based on the requirements from the Onsite BIM Consultants
2. Audit model and BIM data to ensure data integrity and consistency
3. Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM models
4. Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and subcontractors
5. Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM data, if needed via online system / email etc
6. Audit and report project metrics related to the BIM model and data as defined by the customer’s team
7. Generate progress & status reports
8. Support sales team in requirement gathering, proposal writing; marketing and presentation.
9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Knowledge of BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks
3. Relevant background producing construction documentation / detailing on large scale Commercial projects. (Civil, Construction; Architectural; Structural; M&E) will be a plus.
