Project Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Project Coordinator will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects.
• Support the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Track project progress and report on key milestones and potential delays.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in procurement, including sourcing materials and managing deliveries.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Help identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
• Organize and participate in meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
