Support Project Manager on site execution, coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Monitor work progress, handle any issues that arise, and ensure completion on schedule.
Prepare daily site progress reports, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned projects.
Attend kick-off meetings, site meetings, site walks, and briefs by clients, officers, etc.
Ensure workers maintain proper housekeeping daily to uphold a safe and clean working environment, complying with onsite Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
Ensure all permits, machinery, and materials needed on site are ready and that machinery is in working condition before starting work.
Handle ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM that are necessary for the execution of the project.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a supervisor/coordinator in the construction industry/project site work.
Possess a Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor’s Safety.
Preferably hold a Class 3 Driving License.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence until handover.
