About the role

This full-time Project Coordinator role at Great Year Industries Pte Ltd is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Operable Wall Specialist. This job role is vital in supporting the delivery of a range of construction and renovation projects, ensuring efficient coordination between all stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
• Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings and manage project documentation
• Monitor project progress and report on project status
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with procurement, logistics and resource planning
• Identify and help resolve any issues or roadblocks to project completion
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project team

What we're looking for

• 1 years of experience in a similar project coordinator support role, preferably in the construction industry, fresh graduates are welcome as well.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software
• Familiarity with construction processes, terminology and industry regulations
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively
