Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  1. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
  2. Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
  3. Monitor and document project milestones and deliverables.
  4. Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  5. Manage the project calendar, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  6. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and other relevant records.

Communication:

  1. Serve as a liaison between the project manager, team members, and stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate communication channels to ensure that everyone is informed about project updates.
  3. Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to team members and stakeholders.

Task Management:

  1. Assist in prioritizing project tasks and assigning them to appropriate team members.
  2. Track the completion of tasks and follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery.

Documentation and Reporting:

  1. Prepare and distribute project-related documents, such as reports, presentations, and updates.
  2. Ensure that all project files are organized and accessible.

Risk Management Support:

  1. Help identify potential project risks and issues.
  2. Assist in developing mitigation plans and monitor risk triggers.

Requirement:

  1. Min Diploma with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar function.
  2. Able to work in a team.
