We're Hiring: Project Coordinator for Renovation Projects

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with extensive experience in managing renovation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, budgets, and team coordination to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Formulate and execute business development strategies to fulfill organizational objectives. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  2. Operations and Project Management: Prepare and supervise daily operations, manage detailed project schedules, track progress, and guarantee that renovation projects adhere to timelines and quality benchmarks. Promptly and professionally resolve any project-related issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Oversee the full spectrum of the project process, from initial design through construction to final handover. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and handover files, to ensure all project details are well-documented and accessible.
  3. Team Building and Management: Direct and inspire the team to boost collaboration and operational efficiency.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Sustain and enrich relationships with existing clients while cultivating new customer connections. Liaise with clients, other contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow throughout the project lifecycle. Promptly address client feedback to elevate customer satisfaction.
  5. Market and Brand Promotion: Evaluate market dynamics and craft potent marketing strategies.
  6. Financial and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, streamline expenses, and augment profitability. Contribute to financial analysis and reporting to aid in fiscal planning.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the renovation industry.
  3. Possesses significant experience in managing renovation projects, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  4. Exhibits excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  5. Is proactive in identifying project risks and opportunities, adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
  6. Proficiency in budget management, construction processes, and quality control.
