Project Coordinator

Job Descriptions

1. Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects.
2. Responsible for overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural, and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance with the defined standards and safety regulations.
3. Liaise with project engineer and site supervisor on all the coordination shop drawings.
4. Plan and advise the construction foreman on sequencing and arrangement of work.
5. Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on the progress of overall works in assigned projects.
6. Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
7. Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
8. Inform Project Manager of any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or building and construction relevant field.
2. Well-versed in the operations, coordination, and details for architectural, structural, and M&E field works.
3. Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works executed.
