Project Coordinator
Job description
Job scopes:
- Coordination with project site representatives to handle any on site requirements
- Ensure drawings and technical specifications are in order and to provide solutions to main contractors
- Prepares and manage project budgets and schedules
- Follow up on tenders, delivery orders and existing orders as well as goods receipt
- Provide the delivery schedule of the components or hardware for the project in the stipulated time frame
- Able to assist in project quotations as well as the preparation of ironmongery schedule
- Provide support to any project tenders and follow closely with any project submissions
- Assist in any administrative task assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least one of the following: N/O/NITEC or higher qualifications or equivalent
- Able to utilize various technologies and tools to effectively manage projects and provide clear communications to ensure the objectives are met
- Adapt in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Singaporean/ PR / WP Holders Welcome
- Annual leave will be accordance to local regulations
- Full-time position only
- Working hours will be from 9.00am to 6.00pm
