As a Project Manager, with strong project management capabilities and a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects in Government and Commercial sectors, you will be responsible for:

What does the role look like?

1. Project leadership in delivering Manage Print Services, Document Outsourcing and Communication Services, Business Process Services and Business Application Solutions through structured methodologies.
2. Oversee and support the implementation of projects, tracking and controlling all project phases and activities, risk management and quality assurance.
3. Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects’ operations with various cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Produce Project Artefacts compliant with, and subject to the Fujifilm Business Innovation Project Framework.
5. Ensure approval and sign-off of all necessary project deliverables and Artefacts.
6. Control project design and planning activities associated with projects.
7. Assist Management to deliver business improvement outcomes as required.
8. Manage customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.
9. Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and evaluate project requirements and develop processes to ensure successful and sustainable execution of the project.
10. Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM preferably.
2. At least 1 to 2 years’ working experience in IT projects.
3. Have a good understanding in technology, particularly as related to imaging software and hardware, document integration.
4. Adequate project management capabilities in managing IT projects.
5. Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team.
6. Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
7. Result and customer-service oriented.
8. Committed and responsible team player with ability to interact with all levels.
