Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Report to BIM Project Engineer / Manager.
• Coordinate and supervise ACMV services and installation works on-site.
• Coordinate and update Building Information Models (BIM) and other related data.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely coordination of works.
• Implement safety management and Safe Management Measures (SMM) on-site

Minimum Requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma, Specialist Diploma, or higher in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• BIM experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training provided for fresh graduates or those without experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Independence and a willingness to learn new skills.
