Introduction to the Role:

A global asset management and investment firm is looking for a Systems Project Consultant to operationalize a surveillance system across the organization for trade and e-communications surveillance.

The Position:

• Project management of system implementation across 11 business units around the region + US & EU. It is imperative that the candidate is able to effectively manage a project of this scale.
• Technical solution implementation: requirements gathering, UAT, knowledge transfer, hypercare.
• Business capabilities implementation: design end-to-end workflows, target operating model for centre of excellence, BAU process documentation.
• PMO support: establish and run PMO, progress tracking and reporting, issue management and resolution.

The Candidate:

• Strong knowledge in Trade and e-Communications Surveillance with at least 12 years of experience.
• Relevant practical experience in implementing surveillance systems, ideally Steeleye.
• Strong project management expertise and experienced in building teams across project lifecycles, including hiring and designing workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end surveillance system implementation, including business requirements gathering, data integration, UAT testing, go-live processes, and post-implementation support.
• Ability in creating detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good to have experience in creating syntax and lexicons to capture English and non-English languages effectively in surveillance systems.
