Project/Civil & Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and prepare design documentation for Civil & Structural engineering projects.
2. Develop positive relationships with both internal and external clients.
3. Liaise with authorities regarding the preparation of designs and the approval process.
4. Coordinate, develop, train, and support staff within the office as well as lead a team of engineers.
5. Budget time and cost to perform the technical input requirements of the brief.
6. Follow procedures and instructions in the performance of design tasks or as instructed by the Project Lead.
7. Follow project quality system requirements as defined in the Project Quality Plan.
8. Introduce appropriate performance measurement to provide for continuous improvement and service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Solid experience in preparation of Design and Documentation.
2. Appropriate qualification such as a Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
3. Sound experience and good knowledge in design software & design standards.
