Chun Tsubaki is a multidisciplinary creative studio that lives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and content creation. We produce purposeful work for food, lifestyle, and hospitality brands — from beautifully styled visuals to full-scale social media campaigns.

We’re looking for a Project & Business Development Lead to join our lean, passionate team. This hybrid role combines strategic business development with hands-on project and production management — ideal for someone who thrives in both client meetings and on-set chaos.

Your Role:

As our Project & Business Development Lead, you’ll be the bridge between clients, creatives, and our internal workflows — ensuring every shoot, campaign, and conversation moves seamlessly from pitch to production.

You’ll:

• Lead and manage client projects from brief to delivery (photography, videography, and social media).
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to scope, schedule, and execute deliverables.
• Nurture client relationships and act as the main point of contact for day-to-day comms.
• Pitch ideas, build proposals, and support the growth of new and existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, cross-selling, and creative collaborations.
• Oversee timeline, budget, and resource allocation for projects across multiple verticals.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 3–6 years of experience in project management, client servicing, or business development (experience in creative or production environments a bonus).
• Is a proactive doer with strong communication and people skills.
• Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple timelines.
• Understands the creative process — from pre-pro to post — and knows how to get things done.
• Has a keen eye for opportunities, storytelling, and business growth.

Remuneration: Base salary + performance & project -based commission
