Job Summary

Medpace Reference Laboratories (MRL) is a full-service central laboratory with locations in Cincinnati, Ohio; Leuven, Belgium; Shanghai, China; and Singapore. Medpace has the local presence to conduct a study anywhere in the world. We continue to steadily grow and are looking to add to our team! Our laboratory is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our team. This position will work with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day departmental support to Project Management such as maintaining clinical reports, contacting sites for query resolution, missing samples, and forms;
• Perform data entry and updates;
• Complete requests and follow up with requestor as needed;
• Conduct quality checks of departmental documents;
• Other general administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience in a relevant field;
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Prior experience in a central laboratory will be advantageous.
