Prince’s Group is seeking for an Project Assistant/Coordinator. This position supports the performance and execution of events. He/She is responsible for event logistics which amongst other things include providing administrative support, onsite coordination and site inspections. Meticulous and resourceful, he/she possesses strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills and is required to work as a team to execute events. He/she works in a flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, and is comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environment depending on the nature and requirements of the events.
He/She is also able to make snap decisions to mitigate any issues arising from the execution of the project plans. He/She may be required to work irregular hours depending on the nature and schedules of the projects.
Frequent travels between office and sites can also be expected to execute the necessary.
