As a Project Administration Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities within a globally sourced delivery model.
You are expected to work independently, become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution - Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. - Monitor and control project progress, ensuring milestones are met. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. - Proactively manage project issues and contribute to resolution strategies. - Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders.
Resource Coordination & Administration - Coordinate project resourcing by working with various departments to identify and allocate resources. - Organize interviews, meetings, and maintain documentation. - Track purchase orders (PO), invoices, and billings to ensure timely processing. - Maintain accurate project records and data tracking using Excel and spreadsheets.
