Project and Process Manager (Private Banking Products)

This role is responsible for driving the development and enhancement of the exclusive financial offerings for high-net-worth clients. He/She will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring streamlined process and successful project execution to meet clients’ evolving needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Project Coordination and Facilitation

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the delivery of new product launches.
• Work with various cross-functional teams to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management, to ensure successful delivery within scope.
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to tie up the end-to-end process and system requirements to be able to launch the product.

Product Related Process Design and Improvement

• Conduct process mapping and analysis, primarily for new product projects.
• Develop and standardize operational procedures to enhance consistency and compliance across all product lines.
• Manage product-related systems and process requirements to drive efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with various related stakeholders for the implementation of new product projects.
• Facilitate regular update meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps, ensuring alignment across all teams.

KEY RELATIONS:

• All related parties and functions in a complete product life cycle. From front office to middle office, back office, support functions, and HQ teams.

KEY MEASURABLES:

• Ability to lead and effectively manage projects.
• Ability to launch product projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to effectively manage/drive process and system enhancements.
• Ability to engage and manage stakeholders.
