Job summary

This position will collaborate closely with both regional and local teams to ensure technological alignment and implement the appropriate methodologies and best practices. The aim is to maximize the value derived from new technologies by driving efficient adoption and ensuring seamless integration across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage application projects (related to property or facilities management), overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of each project.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments involved in property or facilities management projects to ensure alignment, effective communication, and seamless integration of efforts.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Engage with vendors to define project scopes, manage deliverables, and ensure that vendor activities align with project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation to track progress and ensure transparency.
  • Actively manage risks in the project to ensure mitigation is identified and executed
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide timely and clear updates to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Work closely with management team to establish rollout strategies for new technologies implementation across all managed sites.
  • Convert the rollout strategy into execution plan, ensuring the seamless adoption of technologies to optimize operational efficiency and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Info-comm Technology, business administration, real estate / property or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience under an enterprise capacity
  • Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles
  • Excellent vendor management capabilities, with focus on scoping, delivery, relationship management.
  • Proficiency in project documentation practices.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, organization and people management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptualization, problem solving, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Solid experience in management projects related to property or facilities management; procurement, finance accounting or human resource is a plus.
