Project Administrator (Secretary) - BD Support
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support to the Division Head:
- Liaise internally and externally to make appointments, schedule for meetings and collect information
- Prepare letters and reports as well as maintain and update electronic filing system for division
Provide secretarial support on general divisional matters:
- Arrange hotel accommodation and air ticketing request for the division
- Circulate information and update the notice board in the division
- Take charge of the Master Specification for respective services
Provide secretarial support to the projects assigned:
- Draft and prepare all letters, faxes, reports and Tender Specifications, etc. and maintain proper electronic filing system
- Circulate project materials, such as correspondence, reports, etc. to designated personnel
- Coordinate internally and externally to make appointments, schedule for meetings and arrange for collection of tender documents
- Assist other secretaries within or across divisions
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments when required
Key Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- A good team player who is independent and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
