• Analyse programme performance and metrics to provide solutions to optimise overall programme output.
• Work with stakeholders to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve category and accounts ambitions.
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, revenue, and operation teams to ensure all execution are completed successfully.
• Engage accounts to participate in Shopee campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targets.
• Work with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy for programme.
• Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in the e-Commerce industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute tasks independently.
• Proven track record in program management and effective cross-functional collaboration, with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and sound judgment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in working with numbers and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Data Studio and SQL is a plus, though not a requirement.
