We are looking for an outstanding Program Manager that is skilled at creating, building, leading, ideating, planning, and driving tools, programs, and resources that enable and equip teams and leaders to best care for customers. This Program Manager will deliver on Apple’s goals and objectives for Retail by giving teams everything they need to remove friction in the customer experience while ensuring leaders are equipped and supported in leading their teams.

Description

As a Program Manager at Today at Apple, you’ll be part of a team scaling and driving this crucial only-at-Apple Retail program globally. We’re seeking a team player passionate about the customer and employee experience, who can collaborate closely with other Global Retail Support partners to bring Today at Apple to life in APAC stores. In this role, you’ll contribute to creating, leading, and implementing global strategies to support Today at Apple initiatives which ultimately help customers discover and own Apple products, services, and experiences.

  1. Analysing performance trends, identifying opportunities, building and implementing solutions that enhance the Today at Apple program.
  2. Optimising Retail team efficiencies, and improving both the customer and team experiences.
  3. Collaboration and effective communication across different levels of the business.
  4. Innovation, strategic thinking, and project execution across the whole Today at Apple program.
  5. Analysis of data and field insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Retail and/or Forum team leadership experience or equivalent.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to present to all levels of leadership, including executives.
  • Proven Project Management Experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
  • Data analysis skills including trend analysis and data interpretation.
  • Ability to create innovative solutions and strategies, drive implementation and execution and iterate.
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently, with the ability to shift focuses when the business requires.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
