The main responsibility of the Program Manager is to plan the overall project schedule and support the sales team in fostering new business opportunities.

My client has a strong portfolio in providing plastics molding solutions. The company has a solid foundation of resources, vendor support, and collaborative projects with multinational companies. Today, the company has a hiring plan to expand its engineering team locally.

Responsibilities

1. In charge of overall project scheduling and customer requirements.
2. Manage a team of program engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
3. Coordinate with clients, manage internal resources, and vendors for project execution.
4. Support the sales team to foster new business opportunities.
5. Provide quotations on customer inquiries.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma qualification.
2. 3 - 4 years' experience in program management.
3. Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
