Program Manager (Banking, Sustainability, Central)

The Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of the ESG Ready Programme, a holistic programme to help clients build capacity and capabilities in sustainability. In this role, the Programme Manager will be responsible for attracting and retaining participants to the programme, seeing them through their completion of the programme. This will entail creating content as well as organising events and workshops to create thought leadership and disseminate information on sustainability to benefit an SME audience. The Programme Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and account manager to a cohort of participating SMEs, assisting them in understanding the programme objectives and goals in participating in the programme, guiding enterprises on the claims and registration process and queries on the programme.

Salary up to $7500

Contract: 12 months

The primary role of the Programme Manager is to drive the execution of the ESG Ready Programme. In this role, responsibilities will include:

1. Leading client engagements and account management of a cohort of participating SMEs relating to programme enrolment, administration, and claims for enterprises
2. Creating guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related programme content, to align with best practices and frameworks
3. Drafting content for programme publicity, success cases, insights on ESG-related topics
4. Organising events and workshops to attract and educate participants on ESG-related topics
5. Liaising with government agencies and partners to facilitate meetings, consultation sessions, workshops, and clinics for enterprises
6. Leveraging in-house masterclasses, toolkits & resources, strategic frameworks, coupled with EnterpriseSG ESP panel and relevant SkillsFuture resources & training programmes, to create impactful training & ESG solutions
7. Managing and fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders in the network to ensure effective and sustainable implementation
8. Supporting on administrative claims and processing of grants with EnterpriseSG
9. Tracking and measurement of participants’ progress and performance
