Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customers and develop new potential opportunities.
• Review customer technical quotation packages and work with relevant departments to complete sales proposals/quotations for management review and present to customers.
• Handle all enquiries and negotiations with customers.
• Perform Sale Contract/Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and present to management and customers.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments regarding project activities and order fulfillment.
• Manage product EOL, ECN, obsolescence claims, product transfers, and product sustaining activities such as cost reduction and alternatives by working with internal functions.
• Manage a team of Marketing Engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Service and in Business Development/Program Managerial capacity.
• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Technical competency to engage customers for specifications and process reviews.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of office software tools, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ERP software.
• Possess good supervisory, project management, and cross-functional managerial skills.
