About the role

Citysprouts Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Instructor, Program Coordinator, or Senior Program Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering impactful community development programs across our various spaces. Your work will focus on creating engaging educational experiences and fostering meaningful connections within the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee programs from setup to execution, ensuring smooth operations
• Design and facilitate interactive workshops, tours (e.g., delivering an engaging 60-minute tour), and activities tailored to diverse audiences
• Adapt and deliver programs to a wide range of participants, ensuring accessibility and engagement
• Coordinate logistics and operations for community programs, ensuring seamless execution
• Build strong relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and participants
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously enhance our offerings
• Support the development and implementation of new community initiatives
• (For Senior Program Coordinator role) Supervise and mentor junior program staff

What we're looking for

• Demonstrable experience in community development, program coordination or instruction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to design innovative, engaging programs
• Excellent organisational and project management capabilities
• A passion for making a positive impact in the local community
• Relevant qualifications in social work, education or a related field (preferred)
