About the Role:
As a Programme Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Indigo’s operations, playing a critical role in ensuring our programmes run smoothly. Working closely with the Department Head, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that combine administrative precision with strategic coordination. This is the ideal role for a highly capable administrative or HR professional eager to make a meaningful impact in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Manage the Department Head’s schedule, prioritize key tasks, and assist in keeping department operations on track.
• Operational Oversight: Develop, implement, and monitor department goals and strategic plans.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Organize class timetables, relief schedules, and liaise with tutors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Tutor Onboarding: Support HR functions by onboarding new tutors and familiarizing them with department workflows and procedures.
• Resource Management: Oversee distribution and tracking of materials and resources for all programmes.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between operations, academics, and the sales department, maintaining smooth workflows and information flow.
• Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing materials and internal communications related to programme activities.
• Additional Support: Provide project support and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
What We’re Looking For:
• A university or polytechnic degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills for proactive issue resolution.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively within a team.
• Personable and positive attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative and fun work environment.
• Five-day work week with flexibility for meeting deadlines when necessary.
